Reine Devilla

Reine Devilla is the leader of the Akuma Kai. She began the war against the Tenshi Kai when she fell in love with an angel, Nitamiinu. Nitamiinu, however, was already in love with Pisuteiru, the holder of the Saint Something Four. They kissed and Reine Devilla saw this. She was shocked and hurt and watched as they flew together back to the palace. She then vowed that she would get revenge on the tenshi and began the war.
