Episode 18: Sakura, Yukito, and the Summer Festival
Sakura dreams about glowing lights near a tree. When she wakes, Kero-chan surprises her and she forgets something about the dream. It's still summer vacation. He asks if she finished her summer homework. She plans what to make for dinner and goes shopping. On the way back from the store Sakura sees a poster for a summer festival. She passes by Yukitos's house. He's on the roof and invites her in for tea. He says that Touya told him that she likes weak tea. His grandparents are out of town. She tells him about a big dog she saw. When it's time for her to go, he offers to walk her home, saying he has something to return to Touya. On the way back Sakura runs into Touya (literally). Touya helps Sakura with dinner and invites Yukito to eat with them. Sakura says she's going to the festival with Tomoyo. Touya asks if they're going alone and says he's going to. Yukito asks if he can go along. Sakura calls Tomoyo to tell her. While she is gone Yukito teases Touya about being protective. Sakura gives Kero-chan some of the dinner she made. Kero-chan asks her to bring him a souveneir from the festival. They arrive at the shrine and play some of the games. Yukiot gets Sakura a watter ballon at one of the games. Touya is somewhat spaced out. Sakura spots Chiharu and Yamazaki. They find Li at the shooting game with lots of prizes already. Touya and Shaoran glare at each other. Tomoyo mentions a cute rabbit and gets Sakura to agree that it's cute. Yukito also thinks it's cute. Touya and Shaoran compete at the game with the bunny prize. Yukito and Sakura go for a walk. They come to a forest and see a tree with glittering lights. Sakura thinks it's the same as in her dream. Touya and Shaoran reappear from the festival with the rabbits. Shaoran gives his to Yukito and Touya gives his to Sakura. Yamazaki mentions getting some shaved ice. The others fo ahead while Sakura and Tomoyo stay behind. Sakura investigates the lights. She captures the Glow while Tomoyo videotapes it.
