Episode 3: Sakura's First Date
Sakura's class takes a field trip to the aquarium. A strange thing happens at the penguin tank. A swirl of water catches the trainer's leg and a penguin, trying to pull the trainer underwater and holding the penguin underwater. They are both saved by Touya, however. Later that day, Yukito visits the Kinomoto residence. Sakura tells Kero-chan about what happened at the aquarium and he concludes that it was probably the work of the "Water" card. Sakura is then faced with the problem of how to catch "Water" when the three cards she does have wouldn't be effective against the card. Tomoyo gives Sakura a cell phone set that her mother's company made so that Sakura and Kero-chan can easily communicate. Yukito and Sakura go on a "date" to the aquarium restaurant. While there the tank breaks and the tea room is filled with water. Sakura is caught underwater, but Yukito manages to break the door so that the water can escape, thus saving Sakura. That night, Sakura, Tomoyo and Kero-chan sneak into the aquarium. Sakura manages to defeat the "Water" card by leading it into a freezer and freezing it there before sealing it.
